Because our products are hand-curated in small batches, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items.

How to claim

Record an unboxing video and share it with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Makeup, jewellery, and clearance items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
